European Heritage Open Days (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Step back in time as we explore the history of the Lagan Canal and see the results of the restoration of the Lock and Lock Keeper’s Cottage. Have a look around inside and learn a little about the life of a lock keeper and their family and what life on the Lagan would have been like in the heyday of the Lagan Navigation.

National Lottery Award

The National Lottery Awards are an annual search to find the UK’s favourite Lottery-funded projects. Laganscape has been successful in getting through to Minister supports Laganscapethe semi-finals in the environmental category. This is in recognition of the environmental work we do in the Lagan Valley Regional Park with local volunteers, communities and schools.
