Laganscape is developing an online Education Resource which will allow teachers to utilise areas of Lagan Valley Regional Park as an outdoor classroom and facillitate teaching the World Around Us component of the curriculum. The resource pack will cover topics, such as the following:

• River Lagan
• Minibeasts
• Ponds
• Trees
• Birds
• Local history of the Regional Park
• Lagan canal industry
• Norman settlements
• Early man

 We anticipate launching our Education Resource Pack autumn 2010.
