Laganscape is developing an Education Resource Pack which will demonstrate the range of assets in Lagan Valley Regional Park.

The resource pack will allow teachers to utilise areas of Lagan Valley Regional Park as an outdoor classroom. The resource pack will cover topics, such as the following:

• Local history of the Regional Park
• Lagan canal industry
• River Lagan
• Plants & Animals in the area
• Trees
• Historical features
• Norman settlements

 We anticipate launching our Education Resource Pack early Summer 2010.
